A step-by-step analysis of the Florida Self Storage Facility Act. The seminar will also include: instructions for selling vehicles, address active military tenants, and discuss lien holders and tenants in bankruptcy. In addition to examining the lien laws in Florida, we will also discuss real life scenarios and procedures.
Presenter
Cheli is an auctioneer for Legacy Auction Services. She worked in the self storage industry before becoming a professional storage auctioneer. A former high school teacher, she has served as a full time auctioneer and educator for lien and foreclosure sales in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. In addition to conducting auctions, she applies her skills and knowledge to the day-to-day business tasks for auctions and self storage businesses.
