Refund policy: Cancellations prior to September 22, 2014 will incur a $25 administrative fee. No refunds issued for cancellations after September 22, 2014. No refunds issued for no-shows. Participants may be substituted without any fee.

Program cancellation: If insufficient registrations are received, the event will be cancelled seven days in advance of the presentation. In this case, registrants' fees will be refunded.
