Legal Counsel - Trade Controls
Shell Oil Company
In 2014, Ashley joined Shell Oil Company as Legal Counsel - Trade Controls, where she advises the company on compliance with international trade and sanctions regulations.
Previously, Ashley was an Associate Attorney with the Braumiller Law Group in Dallas, Texas, where she advised domestic and foreign companies on a variety of trade matters regulated by multiple government agencies, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Bureau of Industry and Security, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the Office of Foreign Assets Controls.
Ashley previously served as the President of the Dallas - Fort Worth Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), and currently serves on the OWIT Executive Board as the Co-Vice President of Chapter Support.
