Have We Shattered the Glass Ceiling?

Women globally have made great strides in both the public and private sectors - leading and managing major corporations, governments, and NGOs. What sacrifices are demanded if we "lean-in" to climb the ranks of leadership? Will our daughters face the same or different challenges? Should we applaud or criticize Apple and Facebook's recent announcements of offering fertility preservation (egg-freezing) as employment benefits to their younger female employees?

Join OWIT on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 12:00 noon EST for a thought-provoking discussion led by three trailblazers from OWIT Mexico City. Our guest speakers, all with impressive international credentials, will provide personal testimonies and insights on the professional, cultural, and personal challenges faced by women leaders of today and tomorrow.  Whether you're in a leadership position, aspiring to be a leader, or raising a future leader, this webinar will help you chart your path to success.
