The DDA's Policy on Reportable Incidents and Investigations (PORII), effective January 15, 2013, applies to all individuals with developmental disabilities receiving services through DDA. Support Brokers are required to "identify, report, investigate, review, correct, and monitor situations and events that threaten the health and safety or well-being of people receiving services."
In this webinar Support Brokers will learn what to report, how to report and follow up after incidents occur. While this webinar has been offered before, new brokers and those wanting a "refresher" are invited to register.
