Day of the American Cowboy Celebration 

Celebrate the Day of the American Cowboy with The Grace!Tom Perini will tell the tale of the Cattle Drives of Texas and the evolution of the chuck wagon, enjoy dinner by Perini Ranch Steakhouse, then dance the night away under the stars to the live music of the Clearfork Boys with Josh Parker!

The corresponding exhibition, Home on the Range, Where the Prairie Meets the Plains in Central West Texas will be open exclusively to event attendees!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

6 pm - Tom Perini presents a talk about authentic chuckwagon cooking

7 pm - Dinner is served!

7:30-11:30 pm - The Clearfork Boys with Josh Parker hit the stage

* A host bar will be provided from 6-8 pm | Cash bar after 8 pm
