Welcome to the nomination process for Dream of the Year. The time has come to nominate your favorite! National Second Wind Dreams Appreciation Day is all about you! This year, we are celebrating the making of dreams and the volunteers who make them happen. We couldn't do it without you! Our categories include: Dream of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Dreamweaver of the Year and Member of the Year. The criteria below is intended for the 2013-2014 year.
