Great Marriages Welcomes Jill Briscoe

International Speaker Jill Briscoe comes to speak to grandparents and parents of adult children experiencing challenges in their marriage and possible or current divorce. Come here her testimonial to this very relevant topic many families in our community are currently experiencing.  We invite everyone: both of faith and non-faith backgrounds.  Our luncheon will begin at 11 am and ends at 1 pm.  Jill will speaking during that time and will be available for questions afterward.  Books and materials written by Jill will also be available for purchase after the session.

A special note from Deb Wolniak, Executive Director at Great Marriages.

It was not long ago when I spoke with Jill at a Women's event in Sheboygan.  When she heard that I worked at Great Marriages and about our goals to support married couples and prevent divorce, she grabbed my arm, looked me straight in the eye and said "I must speak!  Please invite me to share with parents and grandparents of adult children who may be having difficulty, or are divorcing...or have divorced."  As she explained further, her pain of having a son who experienced divorce, not of his chosing, has been a difficult journey, but one where she feels she may shed some encouragement and hope.

I have yet to see this topic spoken of in our community, and feel strongly moved by her request - especially an International Speaker of her caliber.  Please join us won't you?  Invite your friends, or encourage others to attend.  Lunch will be served and a small fee to help cover the cost.  Jill is not charging to come speak with us, but we would like to offer her an honorarium for her kindness to us.
