The Women Inspire Action Lab will take place at  The George Washington University's historic Mount Vernon campus, formerly the Mount Vernon College for Women. We find this a particularly fitting location for holding the Women Inspire Action lab, given the fact the campus is home to the GWU's Elizabeth J. We recognize that your professional development is not a "one-time deal", but a leadership journey that may require a little motivation and guidance along the way.

We are currently running a coaching special on the occasion of this event: $330/3 sessions.

About our Coaching Approach:
Our approach to the coaching is simple and yet powerful, with foundations Inspired by the New Ventures West Leadership Philosophy: Bring your whole self to life. Create a life, career, and relationships that are big enough, authentic enough to express all your talents, aspirations and possibilities.

By understanding the alignment point, we are able to operate in the flow and maximize our efforts within the internal and external available resources. Therefore the approach we take shifts from a goal-oriented into a way of being methodology. We do this through working closely with you to co-create a narrative where you can work on incorporating practices, self-observation and reflection. This is indeed a journey towards the immunity to change (Kegan), but it's really the only way we can stop looking for band-aid solutions and embrace an integral way of living.
