Calling all beverage leveragers. Let us go out with a bang!

Join us for SMPS San Diego’s final LYB of the program year, as we raise a glass of suds at the Modern Times Beer “Flavordome” tasting room in the recently completed North Parker mixed-use development. Savor some Flavordome offerings and get the scoop on this sophisticated, urbane and super sleek mixed-use project that is sure to help launch this corner of North Park into its next phase.

In addition to brews and bites, we are pleased to welcome Greg Yeatter, designer from Jonathan Segal Architects, and Blake Schatz, Structural Project Manager from DCI Engineers, who will be presenting on the process, vision and hurdles involved with the design of this project. And of course there will be plenty of time for networking  with peers, clients and, very possibly, some random passers by. After all, that’s what beverage leveraging is all about!

Cost: $15 Members / $25 Non-Members (includes appetizers and two drink tickets!)

After June 25, a Walk-in Rate of $35 will apply. 

 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.  No shows will be billed accordingly.
