The annual clergy retreat will be held from Sunday, August 24, through Tuesday, August 26, at Camp Mokule'ia on O'ahu's North Shore. Participants are invited to arrive beginning at 4:00 pm on Sunday, and the retreat ends after lunch on Tuesday. Details for this year's retreat program will be posted soon.

7:30 p.m. First session
Monday, August 25
8:00 a.m. Breakfast
9:00 a.m. Second session
12:00 p.m. Lunch
5:00 p.m. Third session
6:00 p.m. Dinner
Tuesday, August 26
8:00 a.m. Breakfast
9:00 a.m. Eucharist & Final session
Then...talk story with the Bishop
12:00 p.m. Lunch
Depart after lunch
The final deadline to register is August 5, 2014*
* Because of limited space at the Camp, registration for the retreat is open first to active canonically resident clergy and those licensed or retired clergy serving congregations and diocesan programs.
The Preferred Registration period will end on July 15,
and will then be open to all clergy.

Registration fees are as follows: $75 Resident (includes materials, lodging and meals) or $45 Commuter (includes materials and meals only). Payment can be made online by credit card or by check payable to: The Episcopal Church in Hawai'i, with "Clergy Retreat" marked in the memo line. Mail the check for your registration fee to: Office of the Bishop, 229 Queen Emma Square, Honolulu, HI 96813. Scholarship assistance is available upon request to the Bishop.
If you are coming from a Neighbor Island and need a flight, contact Sharon Billingsley by e-mail to arrange your ticket. She will need your birthdate and your full name as it appears on your I.D. Please note that Sharon is available to work on travel arrangements on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
Transportation from the airport to the Camp is not supplied. You might consider coordinating with colleague(s) for transportation.
