The Diocese is offering two stewardship workshops this summer on the islands of Maui and O'ahu. The first workshop will be held on Saturday, August 2, at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Wailuku. The second workshop will be held at The Cathedral of St. Andrew in Honolulu, on Saturday, August 9, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Stewardship University is conducted by The Rev’d Canon Timothy M. Dombek, Canon for Stewardship and Planned Giving for the Diocese of Arizona. Nationally known for stewardship development, Dombek will delve into topics such as “How To Talk About Money” and “Year-Round Stewardship That You Can Do,” which will help participants to build up the stewardship programs they already have in place.
Clergy and lay leaders are encouraged to attend together to strengthen their stewardship teams. The workshop is free of charge and includes lunch. Airfare stipends are not available, but the workshop at The Cathedral will be live-streamed.
