PRSA Charlotte New Pros Writing Workshop

Feeling zapped when your news releases have no zip? Want to expertly weave on the web and social media, but your Spidey senses seem snuffed? Being a new professional is a huge adjustment from working odd jobs and going to school. It's where you get hands-on experience and learn the most in your career. In the PR world, writing is almost as important as breathing if you want to be successful.

We're here to help! Learn from Robin Rothberg, APR, at the New Professionals writing workshop on Wednesday, August 6, from 4 - 7 p.m. Leave fears and doubts at the door, but please enter with questions and concerns.

Workshop Topics

News releases: Includes tutorials on best practices, trust (of yourself) and quote development.

Web content: Includes tutorials on writing as a brand and how to find and promote web content internally and externally.

Social media: Includes channel choice, post purpose(s) and post planning.
