Summer Camp for Small Biz: Getting Started With Constant Contact 

Laptops, flip-flops, lemonade and lunch!  Just because you're working this summer, doesn't mean you can't have fun while you learn! Enjoy a laid back atmosphere, a little networking and expert training  on Constant Contact's NEW Toolkit -- right here in Western Mass.

Bring your laptops, Constant Contact account username and password - we'll get you connected and started on the right path!  Whether you've just signed up for a trial account, or are an experienced user of Constant Contact, you'll:

• Learn to use Constant Contact to create, execute, and refine your email marketing communications for your small business, nonprofit, or association
• Learn with peers in a classroom setting, with an expert instructor close at hand

Through guided technical demonstrations and hands-on learning; collaborative small-group activities, personal coaching, and peer review, you'll gain new skills in...

• Best Practices: Discover tips and ideas to make the best of your email marketing efforts.
• Growing your mailing list:  Learn how to maximize your contacts, segment mailing lists, and more.
• Email Design: Learn the basics of newsletter and announcement design, and apply new design ideas to showcase your business.
• Open Rates: Practice formulating subject lines and settings that entice your audience to open emails on a regular basis.
• Results: Use tracking reports to make your next emails better than the last. 

Don't forget to bring your business cards.  There will be ample time to network and collaborate with other small businesses, nonprofits, and associations, while exchanging ideas for improving your email and social media marketing. Seating is limited.
