Pampered Feet Event with a twist of Respiratory 

Please Join us for a very special evening of discovery.  Your Feet are in for an amazing treat.  Using simple ingredients, we are going to demonstrate the fun andvery deep relaxation you can experience in a few minutes of soaking your feet in medical grade essential oil  and warm water.  We have recipes for all kinds of special complaint relief

Bring with you a full sized bath towel,  a clean pair of socks, a foot soaking container that is at least 6 inches deep – a dish washing tub from Target or Walmart is great – need enough room for both of your feet to be in the tub together and water can neatly rise to just over your ankles without spilling out. 

Bring notebook and pen to keep track of what works well for you and sit back and relax. We will have special moisturizing lotions and oils to further treat your feet.

We have recipes and hand-outs for relief of whatever may be ailing you.
