This highly informative workshop led by Mike Green, Consultant and Trainer for the ABCD Institute, will help you organize and put your community building ideas into action.

  • Learn approaches to sustain leaders
  • Gain ideas for building successful agency partnerships
  • Find and mobilize organizational assets and community assets to work together for stronger projects and programs
  • Learn practicalways of social network organizing to develop more connected local communities where relationships among people grow
  • Work on real life situations and develop action plans to apply after the training
