This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 7 hours, of which .5 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.

Fee includes: materials, CLE credits, light refreshments, continental breakfast, and lunch. Fee does not cover lodging. Space is limited and not guaranteed until payment is received.  A voucher/PO number will be considered as payment. Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation must be received ten business days prior to the beginning of the training.  Cancellations received before this date are subject to a $50 administrative fee.  Cancellations after this cut off will receive no refunds.  Substitutions may be designated with notification to our office. We reserve the right to cancel training if sufficient enrollment is not met, and will refund registration fees for the cancelled training.  Special Accommodations: Persons with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids are requested to contact our office at least seven days in advance to make appropriate arrangements.
