2 Day Value Stream Mapping Session

Value Stream Mapping is a tool of choice to determine where, and in what order changes need to be implemented.  Value Stream Mapping is a simple, yet effective way of visually depicting the current situation and then the desired outcome with improved flow of operation.  These before and after maps depict both physical movement and information flow required to make things happen. Value Stream Mapping works by showing the actual state of processes rather than the theoretical on.

Join us for our 2 day “Value Stream Mapping"  on August 6 and 20 from 8 am to 5 pm at Rex Moore Electrical Contractors located at 6001 Outfall Circle, Sacramento, California 95828.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

• Regonize opportunities for improvements in the workplace
• Develop Current State Value Strean Map (VSM) 
• Develop Future Statew VSM
• Identify Kaizen events
• Link Wast to cost savings
