A Touch of the South BBQ Class July 26th

Each class is designed to take you step by step through the BBQ Process - How to smoke great meats and vegetables using your BBQ. Even a dessert is thrown in!

Our Next Two Classes:

  • July 26th - A touch of the South - "Smoked Pulled Pork" topped with BBQ sauce and Big Dick's Cole Slaw - and the BBQ Apple Cobbler cooked in a cast iron skillet!
  • August 9th - Steak Night!  BBQ Tri-Tip & New York Steak served with Big Dick's Ranch Potatoes and Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes.
