TPREIA and InterNACHI Cordially invite you to Attend our Annual Conference on October 4-5, 2014 

The TPREIA and InterNACHI  Annual Conference is scheduled for October 4-5, 2014 at Texas A&M.  All classes will be given at the Texas A & M Campus, we have ICC coming to teach their 12 hour Residential Building Inspector class; this prepares the student to take the Residential Building Code exam.  We will also be offering a 4 hour class on Navigating the 2012 Building Section International Residential Code.

The fee for the 12 hour class is $200.00 for TPREIA and InterNACHI Members and $400.00 for Non-Members.  The 4 hour "Navigating the 2012 "Building" Section International Residential Code" class will be offered at NO additional charge.  However, in order to take the 4 hour class, the attendee will have to sign up for the 12 hour ICC Class, as well.  The courses will not be offered individually.  The course includes an ICC Residential Building Code study guide which will be handed out during the class to registered attendees. This class is approved for 12 hours of  ICC continuing education.   You will need to have your own copy of the 2012 IRC Code book to bring to class with you.  The code books are not being supplied and will not be available. 

TPREIA and InterNACHI are teaching a 4-hour class on "Navigating the 2012 Building Section International Residentail Code"; this Inspector Continuing Education  class is pending TREC Approval.   You will need to bring to class with you the 2012 IRC Code Book to use for this class and for your exam, if you choose to take the exam at a later date. You can obtain the book on-line at multiple locations, locally at professional book stores or directly from ICC at www.ICCsafe.org.  If  you prefer to have the 2012 Combination IRC Code Book and Commentary, that will be fine.

The Registration fee covers the 2 days of classes, the Residential Building Code study guide, breakfast and lunch both days and dinner Saturday evening.
