Preserve Your Brain

You Can Grow New Brain Cells!

  • Your brain stores memories, controls hormones, and responds to toxins and stresses. Given the right environement  you can actuall grow new bain cells. Excess stress will physically start to break down your brain. With proper nutrtion and exercise you can actually build new brain cells.
  • Avoid Glutamate, MSG, and Aspartme
  • Do not smoke
  • Decrease oxidative stress

If you don't give your brain cells the right nutrition, usable energy and         the right building blocks, you actively slow the rate at which your brain repairs itself.

Join us for this talk where we will explore, what you can do to keep you brain healthy            and active.

The healthcare community gets paid to care for you when you are sick. They have little incentive to keep you healthy. Only you can make that happen. Changing your behaviors can add up to 14 years to your life and reduce your lifetime healthcare costs substantially. You can't fix what you don’t know, so....
