ficarra pixA veteran small-business owner, Kelly started, owned and operated two award-winning dance studios with large instructor staffs. She completed Dave Ramsey’s Financial Counselor Training and teaches financial management to individuals and small-business owners. Also a certified Business Mentor with SCORE NYC, Kelly provides one-on-one counseling to entrepreneurs and she has twice been written up in the Long Island Business News.  She has experience in the  fitness industry and c urrently works for NAPW (National Association of Professional Women).
