Karamu's 2014 West Tennessee Childcare Provider Conference 

The Karamu Corporation, one of the Childcare Industry's most respected and trusted non-profit institutions, is proud to announce our 2014 West Tennessee Childcare Provider Conference on Saturday, August 16th in Memphis Tennessee.  Admission is *free for all childcare owners, providers and staff. We invite you to come join us as we Celebrate, Empower, and Embrace YOU - the Childcare Professional. The day will be filled with informational and inspirational lectures, presentations, and discussions. Guest speakers will include representatives from the Tennessee Department of Human Services (both licensing and CACFP), motivational speakers, health care specialists, and our very own Vera Corley-Sims who will deliver her very powerful and moving lecture on Death in Daycare. In the spirit of celebrating, throughout the day we will pause to recognize the achievements and successes of individual childcare providers; so when you register be sure to tell us about any personal or professional milestones you're celebrating.

*Note: Admission is free for all conference attendees. There is a $4 fee for Parking at the Fogelman Conference Center.  Conference attendees are required to pay for their own parking. Registration is required in advance and is offered on a first come first served basis. Due to space limitations we ask that you do not register or bring any children to the conference.
