Beth Wonson & Natalie Stets invite you this highly experiential day event designed for those who:
- Desire change or transformation.
- Feel challenged by perceived hurdles and barriers.
- Work with others in teams or groups.
- Seek leadership skills.
The workshop will include strategies for connecting and holding a vision of what is possible, and activities to increase your ability to give and receive feedback.
You will explore metaphors as a tool for facilitation and coaching and learn to utilize positive challenges and risk-taking to empower yourself and others. Participation will help you gain clarity and perspective that apply to work and life.
