Please pre-register for event. This event is designed for children ages 1-5 years old and their parents/caregivers (younger sibiling welcome to participate as they are able). We are sorry, but we are not able to accomodate children over 5 years.

Join us for an energizing event that will get the whole family moving! Children and their parents will:
- Participate in a group activity, such as aerobic conditiong, stretching and yoga
- Participate in activity stations such as obstacle courses, sports activities, etc.
- Learn about the importance of physical activity
Come dressed to exercise, including sneakers! Don't forget your water bottle!
