Part 4: Other Common Medication Prescribed to Individuals with an Intellectual Disability and/or Dual Diagnosis

Terry Broda and Elizabeth Kacew, Nurse Practitioners, will facilitate a four-part interactive videoconference series on the types of psychiatric medications commonly prescribed to people with intellectual disabilities. A brief overview of the medication and its use will be provided, followed by an overview of the potential side effects to observe.
