Please bring your own bagged lunch for the day.
Water and an afternoon snack will be provided.
We will be moving a lot throughout the day, please wear comfortable clothes!
Participants will have an opportunity to:
- Network with other providers.
- Gain understanding of where your program stands on each of the 10 Let's Go! strategies.
- Gain knowledge and confidence in supporting healthy eating and active living at your program.
- Learn about tools and resources available to help you and explore sample products.
- Make a plan of action for the program year.
- Earn 6 Licensing Contact Hours!
- HAVE FUN!
This training is ideal for sites in their first year or two of participation with Let’s Go!, for new staff members just learning about their program’s 5-2-1-0 Goes to Child Care initiative, or for programs that have never participated with Let's Go!. However, we believe everyone can benefit and all are welcome and encouraged to attend.
