Meet the Instructor
David Gibbs has a background in engineering and industrial design. He has worked in a diverse array of industries including carpentry, construction and product design, all contributing to his current pursuits in renewable energy. He has taught at the New Jersey Institute of Technology ans is presently a solar instructor at Pace University . He works with the Pratt Institute for Sustainable Energy, engaging in projects both domestically and internationally with various non-profit organizations. David has been honored at the White House for his work as a "Hurricane Sandy Champion of Change".
