Laura Palmer
Founder and CEO, Bridgenosis, LLC
Laura Palmer, founder and CEO of Bridgenosis, helps high-level executives, organizations, and individuals identify and overcome their limiting beliefs, freeing them to reach high levels of personal and professional success.
The need for Bridgenosis® became clear to Laura while practicing labor and employment law for seven years, including a brief stint as a political appointee. The emotional cost of conflict was sad, but the real fiscal costs were shameful. She began to envision a future where tension and conflict within organizations could be turned into an opportunity to create a new perspectives to achieve greater success. Ninety-five percent of decisions are made at the subconscious level, and tapping it is crucial to reaching peak performance. Athletes get this, yet it was missing from the world of organizations and leaders. Laura stepped out of her role as a lawyer and into her role at Bridgenosis to bridge this gap.
Combining the analytical and communication skills of a law practice and a public policy degree (University of Chicago) with the intuitive skills gained through training and certification as a hypnotherapist and similar modalities, Laura formed Bridgenosis®. This revolutionary solution helps clients bridge the gap between limitation and success to reach peak performance. When appropriate, she also employs her skills in other healing modalities such as Neurolinguistic Programming, Eden Energy Medicine and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Because greater cohesiveness within the organization frees its leader to focus on creating and maximizing new opportunities, Laura has been able to help many leaders and organizations achieve accelerated conflict resolution, increased profits, and improved employee productivity.
