Thank you for supporting Eastern Ohio Education Partnership.  We excited to announce that we will once again recognize school districts in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties for the excellent work they are doing.  Districts who have received an A in Value Add, Performance Index and/or Indicators Met on the 2013-2014 Ohio Department of Education Report Card will receive special recognition.  

During this event we will also honor a 2014 Innovative Teacher of the Year.  Help us select the winner by nominating a teacher.

Our keynote speaker will be Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel.  A native of Northeast Ohio, Tressel earned his master's degree in Education from the University of Akron.  He was previously vice president for Student Success at the University of Akron, where he was charged with restructuring and leading the efforts of a newly created division dedicated to the academic and career success of students.  Tressel was head coach at both The Ohio State University and Youngstown State University.  As a college administrator, President Tressel brings a wealth of knowledge to the table as it relates to building a team environment and creating a culure that will lead to student success.

We ask that you or your company support this event by becoming a sponsor.  Your sponsorship dollars will be used to provide this event at no cost to our recognized prinicipals, and your dollars will allow the superintendents of the recognized districts to attend at a reduced charge.
