We all know the impact that family issues can have on our personal and professional lives, and with PEO’s holistic approach to leadership, family health and well-being are often topics of discussion amongst our members.  In support of real-life family realities, we’ve invited an expert from California to share her knowledge and insights with us on effective family leadership, parenting, succession and legacy.

On Thursday September 18, 2014, PEO’s Eye of the Executive event will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Lee Hausner, a world-renowned clinical psychologist.  She will speak about raising children, effective communications, financial parenting, wealth transfer strategies and many other topics concerning families today.  She has authored the seminal work regarding wealth and the family, “Children of Paradise: Successful Parenting for Prosperous Families” and co-authored “Homework Without Tears: A Parent’s Guide to Motivating Children to do Homework and Succeed in School.”Dr. Hausner is a frequent guest on national media and has been a quoted expert in national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Time, Forbes, Fortune, Town and Country, Privilege, The Robb Report and a contributing writer for Worth magazine.  Her reputation as a leader in this field has been recognized worldwide as a presenter at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Dr. Hauser will deliver a powerful, insightful and thought-provoking presentation that will leave you with strategies and practical tools that you can take away and apply, whether you are raising kids, have adult children and/or have grandchildren.
