FLYING: Those flying should make arrangements arriving and departing from Yeager Airport (CRW) with complimentary shuttles to the Charleston Marriott Town Center. The airport is 7 miles from the host hotel.

REGISTRATION NOTES:
1. Expo space is required for every company with registration. Additional delegates from the same company are not required to pay a second Expo fee.
2. These rates do not include annual membership dues of $350. All attendees much be paid members at the time of conference.
3. For those required to breakdown your registration for budgeting: $500 is the Expo space and the remaining amount is conference registration and meals. You will need to contact HCI for an itemized invoice if that is required.
4. Checks are the only form of payment accepted. Cancellations after Jan. 16, 2015 will receive no refund.
