Please join us for our next "BBQ" Class . . .

Chicken has long served as a mainstay of the barbeque. It can be prepared in countless delicious ways, for a weeknight or a special dinner party. 

This class will show you how to make a whole chicken, cavity stuffed with fresh citrus, served on a bed of mirepoix and homemade croutons.  As an appetizer we will be making chicken wings.  Lastly for dessert a delicious strawberry trifle.
