FLYING: Those flying should make arrangements arriving and departing from Yeager Airport (CRW) with complimentary shuttles to the Charleston Marriott Town Center.  The airport is 7 miles from the host hotel.

Business Casual is appropriate throughout the conference.  Special evening ‘themes’ may be announced closer to the conference date.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Cancellations prior to Nov. 15, 2014 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations from Nov. 16, 2014 - Jan. 16, 2015 will incur a $250 cancellation administrative fee.
  • Cancellations after Jan. 16, 2015 will receive no refund.
  • Once registered, substitutions can be made until Feb. 14, 2015.
