Hotel room reservations:
Call The Fairmont Newport Beach at (800) 441-1414 and request rooms being held under the CCCMHA Annual Meeting room block. Discounted $120/night reservation deadline is Friday, August 22, 2014.

• Full Registration includes all conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, & Membership Dinner on Thursday and continental breakfast & lunch on Friday.

• Thursday-only registration requires additional Membership Dinner purchase if you wish to attend.

• Additional Thursday Membership Dinners may be purchased separately for guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds for cancellations made on or after September 5, 2014. This applies to day-of-event no-shows. Single registration may not be split between two or more individuals. Registration fees may not credited toward future meetings in the event of cancellation.
