Whatcom Literacy Council

Empowering adults to achieve their goals and improve their lives through literacy.

Visit www.whatcomliteracy.org to learn more about how our programs truly are opening doors and improving lives!

You are cordially invited to our 12th ANNUAL LITERACY BREAKFAST featuring special guest speaker Nancy Pearl author and NPR commentator.  Steve Clarke, Assistant Superintendent at the Bellingham School District, will be the emcee. The morning will also feature a tutor and learner sharing how this work has impacted their lives.  Come join us at a new location:  Settlemyer Hall in the Campus Center Building on Bellingham Technical College's campus.

Nancy Pearl         Click here to visit Nancy Pearl's Official Website!

Although there is no charge for breakfast, a donation of $50 is appreciated. The proceeds will assist in helping adults in our community improve their lives through literacy. Whatcom Literacy Council has served more than 9,500 adults in Whatcom County.
