Joe’s wife, Lisa, is a professional musician and host of a live stage and podcast show while their 13 year-old daughter, Seu Jane, named for the Spanish city that hosted the 1992 Olympic Whitewater competition, is an active athlete in Whitewater Slalom and Flatwater Sprint Kayaking as well as a business owner. Based in Oklahoma City, Joe currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of USA Canoe/Kayak, the sport's national and Olympic governing body.
