Join us for a dinner in the field, inspired by just-picked crops and prepared by chefs from The Culinary Guild of New England!
Let's celebrate summer with a Field to Fork Dinner at Verrill Farm in Concord on Wednesday, September 3rd. This special dinner will showcase the seasonal and fresh produce grown on the farm, and will be enjoyed right in the field!
The menu for the evening is as follows:
Appetizers
Pickled vegetables
Deviled Quail Eggs
Watermelon cubes filled with feta, mint & Balsamic vinegar
Crudités w/ blue cheese dip
Cucumber soup shooters
Main Course
Grilled chicken and eggplant stacks w/ roasted tomato sauce and mozzarella
Roasted red pepper- and pasta-stuffed peppers
Caesar salad
Barley, corn & kale salad
Assorted breads
Dessert
Homemade shortcake with nectarine-peach sauce scented with fresh basil, topped with whipped cream
Cost for this dinner is $45 per person, and wine will be available for $5 per glass.
Please note that our dinner will be held rain or shine and we will be sitting outside - so please remember to dress for the weather!
