2014 O.A.E.A. Annual Conference

Greetings from the OAEA Conference Committee!

Only THREE more days until the conference registration closes.  Don't hesitate!

Please make sure you double check your OAEA membership.  The conference registration fee covers your conference needs and the OAEA membership is separate.  I wish we could add it to the registration, but our non-profit status makes it prohibitive.

N.A.E.A./O.A.E.A. MEMBERSHIP LINK

ATTENTION:

A couple of addtions to the registration process this year.
Registration will be available through the online website ONLY.  This year's conference hosting site at Wilsonville School is not equipped to handle on-site registration.
  • Registration will close at end of day October 3rd. (mail in payments received by 10/7 to confirm your registration)
Please note, in order to maintain the registration fee price and workshop positions signed up for payment from member &/or school district must be received no later than the dates mentioned above. Unfortunately, the system will cancel the initialized registration after due dates mentioned above.  An email confirmation will be sent once payment is recieved.

Also a reminder in order to maintain your current membership, every member is asked by National Art Education Association to complete new applications and renewals through N.A.E.A.'s website directly.  Your O.A.E.A. membership is included in your N.A.E.A. dues and it will be the responsibility of each member to verify their membership if they choose to attend the conference as a member.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND PLANNING:
Wilsonville has many great hotel options.
Looking forward to seeing you at the conference and "Thank You" for the amazing work you do for the children of Oregon!
