Assessment & Treatment of Dizziness, Vertigo & Dysequilibrium in Older Adults 

~In celebration of Fall Prevention Awareness Week ~

You are invited to attend a 2.4 CEU course for continuing education for physical therapists with Dr. Kimberley Bell PT. 

The course will run from Friday 9/26/14 through Sunday 9/28/14 from 9am-6pm, with three hours of self-study prior to the live course. All course graduates will receive unlimited email and text message support and one clinical support call for up to one hour. 

Additional clinical support for course graduates is available on an ongoing basis through phone consultations and study groups, with sliding scale pricing based on group size.

Course graduates with option to earn 2.4 additional CEU's with individual mentoring or study groups through the recently accredited "Clinical Mentorship in Vestibular Rehabilitation."

Course content includes a synthesis of:

• Vestibular rehabilitation basics (appropriate for beginners)
• Impact of geriatric syndromes on dizziness
• Fall prevention best practices from a public health perspective
• New treatment ideas for incontinence, neuropathy, posture, balance and fear of falling
• Dr. Bell's personal experience living with vertigo, seeking out best practices for symptom management to improve her quality of life
• Dr. Bell's clinical experience: 12 years as a PT, 10 years in home health geriatrics, 7 years as a Vestibular Specialist & Vestibular CEU instructor, 5 years as a yoga teacher
• Fun, active learning experiences to help with retention of key clinical concepts
