CLE: Boston Legal

We will watch Episode 5, Season 1, An Eye For An Eye, Boston Legal (2004) and stop at each point the attorney is faced with an ethical dilemma under the ABA Model Rules and the Illinois Attorney Rules of Professional Conduct and discuss and analyze several issues raised by the presenter and the attendees. There will be a short presentation and review of recent Supreme Court Decisions on IARDC recommended findings. There will also be time to discuss some of the differences between real practice and the TV episode.

Materials will be emailed the day prior to the class. We recommend bringing your laptop or tablet with you, or printing out the materials ahead of time. Hardcopies will not be distributed at the class.

2 Hours Professional Responsibility credits.
