Pricing Your Products and Services for Maximum Profitability 

How you price your products and services will have a huge impact on the success (or failure) of your business.

Too often, companies price their products and services without truly understanding if the price decided upon will actually yield the profit margins that are desired – or even worse, if the company will lose money on the sale. 

This Palm Beach SCORE workshop will take you through the process of pricing and will provide you with a methodology and the tools that will give you the confidence to price your products and services so that you can maximize your profits.  Attend and learn how to put structure into your pricing processes.

Adrian Salee is SCORE mentor and an experienced general management consultant serving companies in a wide range of industries & organizational types over a more than 40 year business career. He also plans, writes, and implements needed computer software to formalize his consulting recommendations into working management operational tools. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an BME, and has an MBA from NYU in Management & Accounting. Mr. Salee was Chapter Chair of Score West Palm Beach from 2009 through 2011, and is the author of several books and white papers on various management topics.
