2014 Habitat Blitz Build (October 18 + 19)

Welcome! 

We are glad you made it to the Altavista Area / Campbell County Habitat for Humanity event page and excited that you are interested in attending our  Blitz Build. We are planning on building two homes with two Partner Families in one weekend again this year.You will meet the Bond family as well as the Cole family.

We will be working on both Saturday and Sunday (Oct 18 & 19) from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  You can volunteer for the entire day or for several hours.  We kick things off at 7:30 with breakfast, coffee (a must), introductions, a safety speak, and prayer. No skills are required.  

Wear appropriate shoes and clothes. If you have a hammer we encourage you to bring it. Please ensure it is clearly marked with your full name.  

Breakfast, lunch, and drinks will be provided. We promise it will be a wonderful day and one that you will remember for years to come.
