INSANITY – Created and made popular by Shaun T, it is a cardio-based workout that is one of the most results-oriented ones around. It focuses on high-intensity intervals followed by lower-intensity ones and is capable of burning up to 1,000 calories per hour.
BOOT CAMP – This workout incorporates exercises and drills designed to burn body fat while building strength, endurance and agility. Sessions may include squats, jumping jacks, jump roping, running/walking and many other independent and team-oriented activities to get you fit and let you have fun while doing it!
