Heritage Preaching Lectures
We encourage you to join us on October 2, 2014 to hear our guest lecturer, Dr. Bryan Chapell, speak on Christ-Centered Preaching. Dr. Chapell is the Senior Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Chapell’s academic focus has been the teaching of preachers, both in the classroom and through his book, Christ Centered Preaching: Redeeming the Expository Sermon, which is used as a textbook worldwide and is recognized as a major contribution to the field of homiletics.

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The day will consist of 4 sessions, ending at 4:00 p.m.

Pastor's wives have the option of attending the Heritage Preaching Lecture, or going for lunch and a breakout session with Linda Reed (wife of Rick Reed, President of Heritage). Linda writes: "We want to provide an opportunity for rest and renewal with other pastors' wives. Our time together will include lunch, giveaways, teaching, and small group interaction. We'll meet together at the Leadership Day for worship and then get away together."
