Writing a Business Plan in 6 Easy Steps 

Business plans are critical for starting or growing a business. This seminar will present an easy 6-step method to develop an effective business plan.

The seminar will discuss the various uses of a business plan and how it can be a tool for the entrepreneur to lay out a roadmap for success. An outline of a plan will be presented and the content that should be prepared for each section will be described. Worksheets that help guide the selection of strategies and action plans will be reviewed with the attendees to help them get started on the right foot. Sources and methods for gathering the key business information will be discussed.
