HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Please make your own reservations with the Marriott Hotel (Formerly Peabody) in Little Rock 877.759.6290. A block of rooms has been reserved, so please mention that you are with HFMA to receive the rate of $129 for a single or double room. You can also register online Marriott HFMA Room reservation using this link. The Marriott Hotel will accept reservations until September 29, 2014. After this date reservations will be taken on a space available basis. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.

PARKING FOR THIS EVENT

The Little Rock Marriott offers overnight valet parking for your guests, currently at $22.00 per day (plus tax). Day use of valet parking services is currently $15.00 per day (including tax). Individuals are responsible to pay any increase. Self-parking is available at the Second & Main Parking Garage, which is operated by the City of Little Rock and located two blocks from the hotel.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If cancellations are received after October 24, 2014 only 50% of the registration fee is refundable. Registrants who do not cancel or cancel day of or after the meeting has started (Wednesday) or fail to attend must pay the entire fee. Substitutions, however, are permitted. Registration forms and cancellations must be emailed. Phone and voicemail are not valid forms of communication.
