Donna Raphael
An early adopter of all things web, Donna first dabbled in social media marketing while still a student when she built a Facebook fan base of up to 10,000 followers for CruzanŽ Rum – simply because she enjoyed the product as a consumer. Today, Donna expands our clients’ social media presence, active engagement, and key performance indexes within a variety of projects. Donna most recently spoke about social media at the Crimestoppers National Convention in Austin, Texas. Originally from The Commonwealth of Dominica, a beautiful island in the Caribbean, Donna earned a B.S. in Computer Information Sciences & Web Development from DeVry University and a B.A. in Recording Arts and Music Engineering from Full Sail University. She is currently earning a Master’s degree in Project Management. When not managing social media, Donna enjoys playing 5 instruments and studying astronomy.
Nicole Knox
A gifted copywriter and photographer, Nicole uses creativity to bring social media campaigns to life. On a daily basis Nicole manages multiple client social media accounts, researches and implements digital marketing strategies, and nurtures relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness online. Nicole manages social media for a national non-profit, NRAA, an organization representing dialysis facilities and centers throughout the United States. She will be conducting live social media at the group's national conference in Chicago in October. A proud AlumKnight, Nicole earned a B.A. in Public Relations & Advertising from the University of Central Florida. When not working, Nicole enjoys the arts, traveling, and playing with her dog, Luna.
