About this Session:
The success of any business or organization is based on the Foundation upon which it is built. The Foundation is made up of certain Fundamentals. Knowledge of these Fundamentals and their use and application is what this presentation is all about. The Fundamentals of Efficiency apply whether you are a start-up, want to reach the next level, want to stabilize, are struggling, or want to help someone else. In this highly interactive presentation, Gerhard will help participants discover how these Fundamentals effect their organization or business, and how to gain a better understanding and use of these Fundamentals in an ever-changing world.

Gerhard Schwandt was born, raised, and educated in Germany where he apprenticed as an Executive Chef. He served two years in the German Air Force, arrived in the USA in 1973, worked as an Executive Chef and within three years achieved a 5 Star rating, plus a Michelin Star. He quit working as an Executive Chef in 1979 and became involved in sales. After the initial learning curve, he became the top salesman and then purchased the company for which he worked. He has been a business owner of a Promotional Company, a Consulting Business and an Import Business. Additionally, Gerhard worked for five years as an International Speaker, and for the past 12 years as an Efficiency Expert–Plus, which includes using his skills as an Efficiency - Business - Executive - Life - Team - Career - Success & Leadership Coach.
