On June 2, 2014, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed its Clean Power Plan. Black & Veatch has teamed with Ballard Spahr, LLP to create an informational forum to explore its impact on the domestic generation market.
Featuring experts from the Legal, Regulatory, Fuel & Power Market fields, the forum will examine the key questions that owners, investors and potential investors in the power sector must now consider. In addition, Black & Veatch experts will lead an asset based case study of the Plan's impact within the PJM Market using the proprietary Energy Market Perspective methodology.
